Advertising on Bitterroot Info is subject to these terms and conditions
DURATION
Ad plans begin when advertisers provide an approved ad creative and pay for their plan.
Ad plans end 1 year after they begin.
PAYMENT
Ad plans are paid in advance via credit/debit card.
Bitterroot Info utilizes Stripe payment processing for ad plan payments and management. By purchasing an ad plan, advertisers authorize Bitterroot Info and Stripe to charge their provided payment method for the amount corresponding to their selected ad plan.
RENEWAL
Ad plans are not automatically renewed at the end of the ad term.
Advertisers may have the option to renew their ad plan at the end of the ad term, subject to current ad plan pricing and details.
CANCELLATION
Ad plans can be cancelled by the advertiser at any time via email.
No refunds will be made for unused portions of prepaid ad plans.
AD CREATIVES & APPROVAL
Bitterroot Info prepares real estate and lodging listing ads for advertisers using the featured image of the listing that the ad will link to.
Business banner ads are provided by the advertiser, and require a square .jpg or .png image at least 300x300px in size, and a URL to link to.
Bitterroot Info will provide complementary assistance with business banner ad creatives as needed to maintain layout consistency and site functionality.
All ads are subject to review. Ad approval is at the sole discretion of Bitterroot Info.
AD GUIDELINES
We prohibit political ads, and ads promoting explicit or adult content, gambling, illegal products or services, misleading or deceptive claims, alcohol, tobacco, and marijuana.
We also prohibit ads that may be considered politically polarizing, exploitative, controversial, predatory, discriminatory, or target vulnerable populations.
All ads are subject to review. Ad approval is at the sole discretion of Bitterroot Info.
AD PLACEMENT
Ads will be displayed in random placements throughout the website.
Ad placements are determined at the sole discretion of Bitterroot Info.
AD CHANGES
Advertisers can change ad creatives as desired at no additional fee.
Ad changes are initiated by sending a change request and new ad creative to Bitterroot Info via email.
PERFORMANCE REPORTING
A performance reporting link will be provided for each ad.
Performance reporting includes impressions, clicks, and click thru rates displayed in chart and table form.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Advertisers will be added to Bitterroot Info’s email list for ongoing communications about advertising on Bitterroot Info.
