Listing Ads
Listing ads are used by real estate and lodging businesses to showcase the visual appeal of their properties, drive inquiries or bookings, and drive traffic to their websites.
The listing ad format combines an image of a property with a description below the image.
The description includes the property address or name, followed by the community name of the listing.
To maintain consistency across the platform, Bitterroot Info creates listing ads for advertisers
Advertisers supply the URL for the listing they are advertising, along with instructions of which listing image they would like to use for their ad.
Bitterroot Info will fit the desired image to the listing ad format, crop the image if necessary, add a light drop shadow, and add the description line below the image.
Listing ads will be created by Bitterroot Info and reviewed by the advertiser for approval.
Business Banner Ads
Banner ads are used by businesses to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to their websites, promote products or services, and generate leads or sales.
The banner ad format consists of a square, static image.
To ensure your banner ad displays correctly and looks professional, please follow these guidelines.

Prohibited Banner Ad Content
We prohibit political ads, and ads promoting explicit or adult content, gambling, illegal products or services, misleading or deceptive claims, alcohol, tobacco, and marijuana.
We also prohibit ads that may be considered politically polarizing, exploitative, controversial, predatory, discriminatory, or target vulnerable populations.
All ads are subject to review. Ad approval is at the sole discretion of Bitterroot Info.
